I greet you in the name of he who is the author and the finisher of my faith and of my life, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I would like to tell you about my life and how God has changed and kept me. Although I didnt know it, my life was going
in the wrong direction, at a very early age. My loving mother, Margariete McFadden, was doing a great job with all six of
her children, keeping us in church, school and playing the role of mother and father. She always prayed for us. I still went
astray at the age of approximately 11 years old. I obtained a job at that early age in a Drug Store, where I could easily
steal beer and wine, being influenced by an older man who worked there also. Its what I did along with smoking cigarettes
and marijuana.
My life escalated from one bad thing to another and continued on in this manner for approximately 23 years. I never thought
about or realized that God allowed me to go through this life in order to mold me into the person he made me to be. I now
know that he was there with me the whole time and he is still with me today.
Pastor Smith baptized me at the age about 10 or 11 years old at Mt. Winans First Baptist Church. After all the miss haps
and troubles in my life including dropping out of school, being discharged from the Army, strung out on drugs and alcohol
for approximately 15 years, being incarcerated, having low self-esteem, seeing friends die, etc. When I was finally at rock
bottom, I looked towards Heaven and I called on the name of Jesus and he heard my cry on November 5, 1994. Jesus changed my
life, picked me up and turned my life around and now my life is planted on a solid foundation. In the Book of Romans 10:13
the word says: "For Whosoever Shall Call Upon the Name of The Lord Shall Be Saved".
When I give my testimony, people view me as a living testimony because of where Ive been and because of where God has brought
me. I love the Lord, and I love the word of God. My goal in life is to continually seek his face and do his will. It is my
prayer that he will allow me to continue to learn his word that I may be a great and effective part of his great commission.
In my heart and in my life Jesus is first in almost all that I do.
I am a family man and I love my family so much that I cannot think of words to express how much I love them all. I have
a beautiful and loving wife whom God has given me and we have a beautiful, God given relationship. She is my best friend and
my soul mate. She supports me in my love for Christ and in my love of Ministry. Her name is Sheila Andrea McFadden. I am the
proud father of four wonderful children who I love with all my heart, their names are Tenarra Tarshell McFadden (Terri), Erica
Shenell Gee, Michael McFadden II, Destiney Lynn McFadden and one grandson Terrence Pitts (Little T). I also have two sisters,
four brothers and a number of nieces and nephews.
I have a special love for singing praises unto God, worshipping and ministering his word through song. I am a current member
of New Shiloh Baptist Church of Turner Station. Ive been a member there for over five years, and I love my church family.
My favorite scripture actually sums up my life. It is from The Book of Romans in Chapter 8:28-31. "And we know that all
things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did
forknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many Brethren.
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called; and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified,
them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"
It is my prayer, for all that read my Bio. that the blessings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be upon you all the days
of your life.
